Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations Initiated by Us:

1. If canceled prior to issuance of LMS/Course Access Codes, fully refundable. 

2. If access codes have been issued, will offer rescheduled class or partial refund.  Access codes remain valid for one year and can be used with any provider of the course purchased. 

 

Cancellations Initiated by You:

1. If canceled 30 days or more before scheduled class date, fully refundable.

2. If canceled within 30 days of the scheduled class date, non-refundable.  One time complementary transfer to another class.
